Ooooooooooh this just looks soo yummi, and I just miss the icecreme to go with them, as we use it here too he he he

I can just taste those tart, juicy raspberries and those buttery, sweet crepes and the filling that is peeking inbetween the layers ... mmmm. I miss being up in OR at berry season. They grow the most delicious BIG berries there! They are HUGE and some varieties (I noticed in particular black berries) grow wild along the freeway. I was shocked when I saw them and in "heaven" when I ate them. :)
Oh Yum! That looks simply amazing. I haven't had crepes since my grandma passed away three years ago. She used to make a Hungarian version called palachintas which we'd eat filled with a sweet flavored cheese, or with jam.
DD has turned into a crepe-making pro. Have to give her the heads up about the raspberries.
