Lovely and nostalgic. Fabric and patterns have always had a place in my heart since I learned to sew in junior high, made all my own clothes and even took sewing in summer school I loved it so much!

My mother's name was Lucille, she made all our clothes for awhile -- then she went back to school and got her MSN and started teaching at Georgetown University and working on her PhD; when she survived having 6 teenagers, she decided to go to law school, she got her JD at 60! She just died in January so I'll probably be getting this whether I win it or not! :) It really DOES look like the old fabrics from back then - I started making my own clothes when I was about 12!
Lucille is also my grandmother's name who recently went to be with the Lord. This line reminds me of her. She loved to sew and make things.
