Am I right?
Well, in Holiday Cards & More, Volume 7 we've got an entire section dedicated to this neighborly art, and I can't wait to share a few sneak peeks with you. Check it:
Double the Fun Cocoa Set Gift Bag by Kim Kesti, p. 125
Moxie Fab Alert: Light, sweet, and fun, this treat bag is a perfect accompaniment to the cocoa mix treat wrap it is pictured with in the magazine. What I love most about this is the "Let it Snow" tag that adorns the bag of marshmallows. I'm pretty sure that those sweet 'mallows will melt in your mouth the same way a snowflake does!
Holly Jolly Cupcake Toppers by Kalyn Kepner, p. 128
Moxie Fab Alert: Hosting a Christmas party this year? These festive cupcake toppers will dress it up quick as a flash!
Especially for You Bread Tag by Heather Campbell, p. 137
Moxie Fab Alert: One of my personal favorite neighbor gifts to give for the holidays is homemade bread. This is a perfect way to make the effort more fun and personal!
Aren't these some fun projects, friends? And just think! There are over 30 more moxie fab ideas to inspire you just in this section alone! I'd love to know which of these is your favorite today and why. Answer that question and/or tell me whether or not you like to create treat wraps for the holidays and why or why not by midnight EDT on Sunday, September 23 and I'll draw 2 luckies to win a copy of this issue that is chock full of merry inspiration!

Those are awesome! Since money is always tight around the holidays, I like to give a basket with bread and jam. A bread loaf is the perfect food-item to decorate! :)
Luvs,
Annie Rose
How sweet is that ribbon tag on the bread!!! Makes me hungry just looking at it!
I like to make cookie baskets for my neighbors. Clear cellophane, ribbon, and a cute tag. Done!
Raising my hand! I love to make decorated jars ans fill them with candy!
The cupcake toppers are the cutest! They could also be used as tags for other gifts as well. Love the ideas!
I love to bake different types of breads so naturally the bread tag caught my eye. Such a beautiful way to personalize a baked goodie. It somehow makes it all the more special!!!
I love the wrapped bread! I already forgot the questions...ugh. Anyway, great projects today! Thank you for sharing.
Katie B.
I do lots of holiday baking and candy making for gifts. Always looking for new ways to package them up. Thanks for sharing!
Love the coca gift bag project. I don't bake goodies for the holidays but if I did these are some good ideas.

Can I just say YUM to it alll?
Absolutely love the giftwrapped bread. So fun with the bright striped ribbon and tag!
Hot cocoa is my favorite winter treat! I just made up a bunch in a clear glass canister to put on my new kitchen counter with a decorative lid topper. YUM!
Love the wrapped bread. Makes such a lovely difference. I make some breads to give away but mostly Peanut Brittle. Only make it once a year and people LOVE it!! I try and create new pkging every year.
I like the ribbon tag on the bread the best. I love to make almond bread (biscotti) these are actually biscuits for friends at Christmas.
I loved the cocoa gift bag and the bread wrap...certainly a very tasty treat to share on holidays!!
I love the bread tag/ribbon!! Perfect for dressing up my cream cheese pound cakes for the holidays!!
Not really. I end up being crunched for time during the holidays so I am lucky to get my cards made. I love the look though. Maybe this year I will actually be ahead of the game. LOL
Thanks for a chance to win. :D
3 great projects and you say there are 30+ more ...I need to see them all. I love the bread tag and ribbon....it adds so much class to a yummy loaf.
All of these ideas are cute but I like the band around the loaf cake... maybe because I am a cake person.
MMMmmmmmmm! My mouths watering lol!
I watched a program recently featuring a very old Waffle Iron. I have one that make Heart Shapes and it inspired me to warm it up lol!
I also found a great Retro looking Waffle Iron that looks as if it's from the 50's .. it makes Waffle Fingers .. perfect to decorate. I'll have to take a snap and share.
Hubby doesn't eat cake but he
won't share his waffles at work lol!
Both options would be ideal for Christmas Gifts with a Cinnamon Recipe.
You've given me a brainwave lol!
I really like the hot chocolate bag with the snowflake on it! The plaid and the stitching are super cute, and the little clothespin really makes it amazing! Love!
I like the BREAD packaging! Because THAT'S what I like to give too! Usually, some sort of Sweet Bread! :) YUM!!! Each year I'd try to do something DIFFERENT! We NOW live WAY OUT IN THE COUNTRY! Not much around! I WOULD try to decorate the bread before I'd take it over to our neighbor! Another favorite is my families BROWNIE recipe! OH MY! :)
We like to do gifts in a jar.. things that can be baked or made with just a few extra ingredients. These ideas would be great for that!
Love the bread tag - it makes the bread look even more appetising!
I love them all but the bag is my favorite! I think it's the soft non-traditional color combo and the snowflake.
I do make homemade treats for Christmas. I always bake banana bread and then a snack mix (puppy chow). My coworkers yell at me and then proceed to gobble them up!
p.s. Great meeting you last night, Cath!
i love the cupcake toppers...if i was going to make anything for treats it would be those...they are so fun and easy. But really all of these are amazing.. So much talent...thanks for sharing..
I've Blog/Waffled about the Waffle Iron if you're interested lol!
Suze x
I wish I could say I made holiday treats, but sadly, nope... but a fresh loaf of bread wrapped in May Arts ribbon would be welcome at my house anytime. I'm more likely to bring a custom wine bottle tag and wine.
The snowflake gift bag is beautiful!! Love it! I'm inspired by the simple, yet gorgeous way to wrap the bread...or any other tasty treat!
I love the bread wrap idea and will be using it this Christmas for some homemade gifts! Thanks for sharing this.
I like the Especially for You Bread tag--I like to bake bread.
I love to give homemade treats as gifts.
I especially like the ribbon tag on the bread because it looks lovely, is simple enough to mass produce and bread is one of the food items, I enjoy giving.
The Double the Fun cocoa bag is definately my favorite! I love the soft colors as well as the design. So pretty and warm and fun :)
I love wrapping and decorating warm loaves of bread during the holidays for neighbors, family and friends!
Truly awesome ideas for food gift wrappers! Love the Bread Tag (and fab ribbon!) by Heather Campbell.
Kim's cocoa gift set is darling! I love the marshmallows popping out of the top. I love to wrap up treats for the holidays. A paper plate and saran wrap will not do!
I think I could easily duplicate the loaf bread creation. That ribbon is just to die for, and dresses up the bread with extra panache. :)
I always give my neighbors and some of my relatives some tasty treats at Christmas. I like nothing better than to dress up te packaging--the Cricut makes that a snap! I think that a beautiful package makes everything taste better!
Certainly the cup cakes! Yessss....love them! And the tags are so cute!
I have to say all 3 are my favorites!! I'd definitely make the gift bags and bread tags for my handmade gifts, and although I don't do cupcakes I think those toppers would make perfect little ornaments for the tree!
oh these are great! So now, not only am I inspired to create some of these great projects, I am also inspired to BAKE to go with it! thanks so much! :)
Love to bake and give away treats during the holidays & I adore Heather's ribbon tag on the bread!
I can't really bake but really want to learn how! I would love to learn how to bake cookies and wrap them up in a cute way!
I like the simplicity of the ribbon and tag on the bread- really dresses it up easily. I generally just use a store-bought container with a simple bow on it to give cookies. By the time I make 9 or so different types of cookies, the last thing on my mind is trying to make them look sexy. I'm just happy to get them in a container and hand them out to 8 or so people on time. I'd love to spend more time on the look but usually reality kicks me in the butt first. :)
My fav is the ribbon and tag on the bread. Such pretty colors and the ribbon is great. I think I could use this idea several ways. Can't you just see it wrapped around a Christmas package!?!
I normally always create treat containers for favors on the table at Christmas time. I'm always looking for cute but simple ideas.
I like the bread wrapper the best, but they are all great ideas!
I love Heather's bread wrap! Such a fun way to dress it up and still let the yumminess show through!
The cupcake wrappers are so cute!
These are all such good ideas - can't pick just one! They are inspiring me to bake and bake and bake!
I don't cook or bake so I don't do treat wrapping a lot but I love the snowflake treat container!
I love the bread tag because it just looks YUM!!! Love giving gifts of homebaked goodness. Thanks for the chance to win.
My fav is the muffin topper, I hadn't thought to that wrap with label, cute! I do make holiday gifts--usually it's fudge and I do create some sort of wrap or box to put it in.
Great ideas! I love to give homemade food gifts all jazzed up with pretty decorations! Everyone is so happy to recieve them!
clayandamy@sbcglobal.net
I make hot chocolate mix every year to give to everyone that comes to our Tree Trimming party we have at the fisrt of Dec. So I really love the the bag. I love to bake other goodies to give away to our friends and neighbors too.
I feel really bad having to pick a favorite because the projects are all lovely but I am going with Kim's hot chocolate gift bag....because I love hot chocolate and I am always a sucker for plaid (I must have been a Scottish Highlander in a previous life!)
I love them all, but I guess the bread wrapping is my favorite, because I could see doing that myself. I do like to make candy for my friends for the holiday.
LOVE these adorable treats! As a retired chef, food gifts are my FAV! I love taking yard sale finds of containers for my goodies and then add tags, wrappings, and all the embellies I can!
I love all of them but maybe especially that bread tag. And that's because I love making breads like this myself. I even give some away, not only at Christmas! :)
I, too, love to give breads away for Christmas...especially to neighbors and co-workers. I love the presentation of this gift and will be making my own packaging this year, too!
I love the cupcake sticks! So homey and cute!!
Love how simple but still special the bread bag is. I can't wait to get started baking!
I like the bread tag because I do like to give sweet breads for the holidays. I'm not a great cook, but I can bake!
I love the cocoa gift bag! It's easy to give and most people love hot cocoa in the Winter! I have never given bread as a gift at Christmas because I do not know how to make bread, but it would be a great idea once I learned! :)
This would be right up my alley cuz I give neighbors some kind of homemade treat every year (cookies, candy, gingerbread houses, set of cards... to name a few of the past years).
oh my first choice has to be the cupcake topers! So festive! Then I love the tag with ribbon attached for the cake loaf. I bake more (then usual) during the holidays, so these are definitly must try!
Love Heather's bread tag because it's something I would do. Attach a tag to some cranberry bread or even a box of cookies. Great ideas!
The cupcake toppers are my favourite. I've never made xmas treat toppers, because i've never made treats for xmas (i'm not into baking). But they are beautiful!
My favorite is the little adorable bag. I love to decorate homemade goody bags for loved ones during CHristmas.
NO favs- I love them all! I love to create treat wrappers- it makes the gift so much more!
Love the "Let it snow" on the marshmallows and love the poinsettia image on the bread wrapper.
Love these fun projects. I love to make food or treat wraps. I have done them for pumpkin bread for fall gift giving also. You can do some fun things with Martha steward goodie boxes too!
Thanks for the chance to win.
I love Kim's sweet cocoa set..it makes me want to make one too! Such a great gift :)
LOVE all of the different ideas!! Such a GREAT way to make the holidays brighter!! THANKS for sharing and for the chance to win!! Have a FABULOUS WEEK!! =)
I really like the bread idea. What a fun way to dress up an old fave
I adore that cocoa gift box! This would go perfect with what I like to make: chocolate chip cookie ingredients layered in a mason jar. It has an attached note with it that lets you know what the liquid ingredients to be added are and temp/time to cook. Thanks for the chance to win!
I like the tags because they are easy to reproduce in bulk.
L.O.V.E. the bread tag! I make fudge each holiday season and always change up the packaging and coordinating tags each year. Can't wait to get my hands on this new issue to see more ideas!
I love the cocoa and marshmallow treat box. I would love to get something like that myself. All the projects are great. Thanks for sharing.
Love the "Especially For You" bread tag! Very pretty with that big ribbon, makes a wonderful gift for sure!
I love to bake AND I love to eat! So making goodies, wrapping them up in some cute little package is great!! I just hope someone thinks the same as me & my name is on their list!!!
I love the cupcake toppers!! Now I'm hungry for cupcakes!! Thanks for the chance to win!
Such cute ideas! I don't normally bake much but am thinking a cookie swap is a good idea!
I am not a cook or a baker, so I so appreciate those that are and that like to share LOL!! All the designs are very pretty, but I was very taken with the cup cake toppers. Love the design and that one could have something decorative left over after consuming the scrumptous cup cake!
I love the cupcake toppers --- so cute and add such a lovely touch!
I especially like the simplicity of the "Especially for You" Bread Tag - such a sweet sentiment and pretty ribbon! And the bread looks yummy too:)
I love the cocoa set with mini marshmallows! I do bake a lot and will try these wraps.
I really love the bread tag - I love making breads for the holidays as hostess gifts and this would be fabulous! thanks!
Adorable! I haven't made too many food packages in the past but would love to try these! The cupcake toppers are my favortie mainly because I am hungry for a cupcake! haha
I like Heather's gift bread tag -- and often do something similar myself!
I would have to say the wrapped bread. It is simple but elegant at the same time. I definitely will have to give bread using this idea.
Kim's gift bag is super cute-love the soft, cool colors!
I often give small treats like candy in decorated jars or packages I've made. They make great gifts for co-workers.
I love the cocoa kit. That plaid tag with the snowflake on it is so FAB! I love the mix of patterns and texture. Thanks for a chance to win. :D
I love baking for holiday gifts! The bread wrapper idea works really well for the kinds of things I make. love the flower!
DeniseB
Cute ideas! I love giving and getting yummy treats during the holidays!!
i love all kinds of treat holders/indicators. i especially like the cupcake toppers! i don't bake or make holiday goodies, but i guess i could. i will have to try something like this.
I love the cupcake toppers - so inviting! I've made them for my daughter's parties. Other wraps are somthing the frugal crafter in me refrains from trying - I don't many people who'd keep them and I don't want to waste the materials and effor :(
I love to make all packaging fun!
Would love to have a copy of the magazine!
thanks!
Lori
I make small loafs of bread since most people I know living here are single and the bread tags would look just great! TFS. Would love to win.
We don't do food gifts because we have severe allergies in the family and are aware that others may have them, too. The snowflake wrap could certainly be used on other gifts and the cupcake toppers could be used for a family party or as tags. Great ideas!
I like the bread wrapped in plastic and decorated with a ribbon and gift tag. It's not a lot of work but it looks like it took some effort to embellish the wrapper. I don't do much Christmas food gifting any more. Everybody seems to be watching what they eat and the cookies I baked had too much sugar, etc. Nobody craves them anymore. :-(
Who can resist a cupcake, and those toppers are even more of a draw. So cute.
My favorite is the ribbon tag on the bread. So versatile - you can use it to wrap non-food gifts too. I can use it wrap around bags of the quick and easy toffee I like to make.
Thanks for the giveaway and have a great weekend!
Josiane
I think that the bread is my favorite! That is what I am most likely to make. I only hesitate to do crafty wrapping because I don't want to soil my hard work and paper pretties!
Lovely! Like the cupcake idea. I love to decorate my treat gifts as they look more presentable & festive.
Oh Cath, it's a hard choice to make as these are all fantastic projects but I think Heather's bread tag is my favourite! I love baking or making jams/pickles for family/friends at Christmas, so I'm looking forward to seeing all the other ideas in Holiday Cards & More for gift wrapping food items!
Love the treat bag by Kim. That's probably what I would use most during the holidays. The others are fab, too,
Oh! I love those cupcake treats! I'm going to have to make those for my kids classes this year!
The cupcake toppers are really cute. I have a party every year at Christmas and these are perfect!
I'm totally loving Kim's treat bag with it's pretty krafty colors, embellished and layered snowflake, and most perfect faux stitched ribbon!
Realllly liking the bread topper as I bake lots of bread during the holidays and like to give it as gifts. This makes it look so special!
Realllly liking the bread topper as I bake lots of bread during the holidays and like to give it as gifts. This makes it look so special!
I love all 3!! I do make treat containers and tags for gifts!! This looks like a must have issue!! Thanks for the chance to win!
All this inspiration is getting me so excited for the holidays!
That cocoa wrap is fantastic-I love the soft colors!!
I love the cocoa gift set with the soft whites and the snowflake! Beautiful! I love making cookies and I usually use tins, but with all the inspiration maybe I'll go with cellophane this year!
All amazing treat wraps today, I love giving homemade treats out during the holidays.
I love the cupcake toppers, not only are they too cute but I think I would use this idea the most out of them all!
I love the Cocoa Set Gift Bag... it's so pretty. I used to enjoy giving little gifts like this to co-workers back when I was working. We all loved our hot drinks so gifts of coffee, tea or cocoa were always appreciated.
Yes, I love your ideas (Especially the bread wrapper), and do make my own wrapped up Christmas treats each year!! Once, my dh's friend was over doing a home repair and installation. He didn't think he would be able to finish it, and then I began to cook...Needless to say he was at my house everyday and I didn't have hardly anything to send to others but got all the work done!!! LOL! My husband tells everyone that if you want to get into your doctor at a moments notice, do my wife's (me) 2 (TWO) pie rule! Give double the desert to each office so as the dr has one to take home as well!! Never fails and I even get cell numbers to call, too!! Enjoy!
I love the packaging for the quick bread loaf. I bake lots of pumpkin and banana bread to give away each Christmas.
I love the ribbon tag on the bread; so cute! I'll be baking this holiday season and this is great inspiration. I like to create my gifts because I'm on a tighter budget this year and I think adding handmade tags to gifts make them feel more personal.
Thanks for the chance to win!
Lauren
Love the bread wrap and have a delish caramel apple bread recipe!
Fave has to be the Cocoa Set Gift Bag.
I absolutely love to decorate all my hand made fudge gifts at Christmas time just like that Gift Bag. The perfect sweet treat :-)
Love the ideas being shared. Thanks so much.
Yes, I love to make treat wraps at christmas time, and other times too. They might not be very fancy, but why not use my hobby to make it prettier?
This year I'm going to do up 3-2-1 cake mixes for coworkers and decorate them.
Carla from Utah
I love Double the Fun Cocoa Set Gift Bag by Kim Kesti, and I'd like to copy it b/c I like to create treat wraps for the holidays to personalize the treat (which is sometimes store-bought rather than homemade). I cannot tell a lie.
I love Heather's Especially for You tag because it has funky stamps and eye-catching color!
I'll be making some of my first treat wraps this year for my latest favorite -- homemade marshmallows. Excellent inspiration!
Oh, I love the bread tag with the striped ribbon! I give home-made cookies or toffee to my friends at the holidays - love new ideas for packaging them!
I do LOVE making neatly-dressed homebaked goodies for friends and relatives. Even if you're not the best cook, you could disguise the most lousy fruit cake with lovely wrap and a sweet bow! LOL
Karen
They are all great ways to present a gift of food but I love the ribbon and ribbon buckle around the loaf of bread. It looks so elegant yet hand crafted. Perfect!
Thanks for sharing! :)
Great projects!! "Lovin'" those holly jolly cupcakes...I domake my own gift wraps, sometimes the wrappings are better then the gift...lol!!
Double the Fun Cocoa Set Gift Bag would have to be my favorite. I like the colors!
These are all wonderful!! Love the way that Heather has the big striped bow with her tag on the bread......so yummy!! I think that the best way to present homemade gifts is with homemade packaging. =)
I love the bread "belt", I forgot the crafting name for those! LOL! Oh yeah it's a belly band! Anyhow, I love the simple elegance of it.
I like the Double the Fun Cocoa Set Gift Bag. I'm always trying to come up with new packages to giveaway the homemade caramels I make each Christmas.
I really enjoy making holiday baked gifts, especially if I craft the packaging. My favorite is your bread tag and ribbon. Just the right size and oh so pretty.
Maureen
Who could choose? These are all lovely projects that anyone would love to receive!
Love the bread tag! That ribbon is fabulous!
I have my eye on some ways to close the top of cellophane bags full of the candied spice pecans I like to give to friends.
I love Kim Kesti's project. It's very pretty and could be adapted for so many types of goodies.
I love to make and give food items for the holidays but I have never made tags to go with them. I will this year...love your ideas especially the darling cupcake toppers.
I love the wonderful colorful 3D poinsettia on the bread tag! And I make lots of treat wrappers which I use on gifts for the staff at my kids' school at Christmas time if I make a food gift, which I often do. Thanks for the inspiration today and for the chance to win more!!
