Five for Friday: Get Ready for Some Serious Fun!

Who's ready to have some serious fun?

If you're not raising your hand furiously at this very moment, then you may want to check your own pulse. For my friends, next week here in the Moxie Fab World and on Paper Crafts Connection we are having one heckuva par-tay!

That's right! We're kicking off the holiday card making season with a double-header! We'll be celebrating the release of Holiday Cards & More, Volume 6:

...as well as hailing the approach of World Card Making Day which takes place next Saturday, October 1.

And I tell you what, you are going to l-u-r-v-e what I have planned for you!

But for now, let's get our holiday mojo going with these sneak peaks from Holiday Cards & More, shall we?

Mele Kalikimaka Card by Kim Jackson, p. 47

Moxie Fab Alert: Of all 71 pages of cards offered in this inspiring magazine, who wouldn't want to receive this uber trendy card created by Creating Keepsakes editor Kim Jackson? From the tropical, yet edgy, color scheme to the vintage, yet hip, pattern tissue in the background, this card will have you saying Merry Christmas, no matter what the language!

Sweet Snowman Tag by Vanessa Menhorn, p. 87

Moxie Fab Alert: It doesn't get a whole lot cuter than this, my firends--and the subtlety with which Vanessa has colored this little guy is part of its snowy charm.

Elegant Damask Gift Bag by Tiffany Johnson, p. 112

Moxie Fab Alert: Oh my moxie trendy gift bag, Tiffany! I am oh-so-enamored with the bold color scheme, the elegant patterns, and the tasteful layering, but I absolutely adore the idea of using an award medallion as a Christmas ribbon! C'est si chic, n'est-ce pas?

Thank You Notes Card Set by Kim Kesti, p. 126

Moxie Fab Alert: Not only are these little thank you notes TDF trendy, but so is the handy dandy container they come in!

Christmas Tree Puzzle by Courtney Kelley, p. 146

Moxie Fab Alert: What a clever application--to cover this tree puzzle with vintage patterned papers! Just one of many home decor offerings, this just goes to show you that you're just six little steps away from a home-crafted Christmas!

Whether you're whipping up some holiday cards, tags, gift wraps, or wowing your friends and family with paper crafted gifts and home decor, there's something for everyone in this moxie magical magazine!

Speaking of which, I'm sure you'd just love to have a chance to win one! Leave me a comment that says which of these projects appeals to you the most and why and/or what you typically love most about Holiday Cards & More and I'll draw 2 random luckies to win a copy each!

I simply can't wait for next week to come!

~Cath

PS If you have some time on your hands this weekend, why not join us for our Tuesday Trigger or Card Play challenges?

PPS Paper Crafts Connection is kicking off our week-long celebration today as well, so be sure and stop by!
