The winners of our Bright & Bold Challenge are:
Thanks So Much by Alicia Thelin
Moxie Fab Alert: I just love the unique shape of this card, the black offset circle border in the center, the wonky stitching that accentuates the black offset circle border in the center, the use of gradient color in our color palette for the focal point image, and that solid black heart in the center? Ties it all together moxinificently!
Let's Party by Tiffany Heilman
Moxie Fab Alert: This card is pure and simple joy to me, friends! I love the way Tiffany has used that large print floral pattern as the background--and I especially love how she so expertly cut it so that the white pistils seem to be showering their own brand of joy on that moxie trendy hedgehog! The flowers on the hedgehog are sheer delight and, along with the crazy stitching, make me feel like party-ing indeed!
The winners of the Pretty Pastels challenge are:
Enjoy This Day by Karen Baker
Moxie Fab Alert: I love how shabbily simple this card is. The softly distressed edges of the layered rectangles, the soft flourishes in the patterned papers, the superb choice of font in the sentiment--and the way all those elements lead to--and are echoed by--the exquisite center. It's an unexpected use of the color scheme--a mite risky, in fact--and I moxie love it!
A Little Sweeter by Cristina
Moxie Fab Alert: It's the balance achieved in the placement of the strawberries. It's the soft lavender button accents. It's the emphasis of "country goodness" with the use of the gingham background. It's the simple, lovely sentiment. It's a card that makes me want to take a deep breath, soak it all in, and enjoy.
The winners of the Jewel Tones Challenge are:
Sunny Days by Maureen P.
Moxie Fab Alert: This color combination is rich, and so is Maureen's card. From the intense yellow patterned background to the deep purple ribbon and the scalloped blue trim at the top, this card has balanced the colors perfectly. And that sentiment? It fits the card's ambiance to a "T."
Learn to Pause by Susan Conrad
Moxie Fab Alert: Ohmyohmyohmy! This card is about as moxie fab as moxie fab ever gets, friends. Not only does it incorporate the color scheme poifectly, but its graphic, hip, modern nature is poignant to the sentiment and memorable in its composition. This one has got me thinking...hasn't it you?
The winners of the Metallics Challenge are:
Hugs & Kisses by stampersuzz - Suzanne C.
Moxie Fab Alert: How sweet is this? I love the way Suzanne has played upon the metallics in this card. It's shimmery, it's sparkly, and it's magical--just like the little girl with her wand and her mushroom. :)
Always by Cindy Holshouser
Moxie Fab Alert: The composition in this card is exquisite. There isn't anything more or anything less than what this image needs to evoke an emotional reaction. It is simple, it is sweet, it is romantic..it is timeless.
The winners of the Monochromatics Challenge are:
Love You by Jean Martin
Moxie Fab Alert: This is a perfect example of how the addition of soft touches of a neutral can "add" to a color combination, which, as you recall, is in the rules of the contest. While the color combination of pink on pink on pink shines in this card, the white tends to "emphasize" the pink, if you will, and even starts to look a little pink itself in this soft and lovely card.
Soaring By by Nina Dee
Moxie Fab Alert: One of the biggest challenges in designing a monochromatic card is keeping it interesting. Here Nina has added interest to the color scheme in the form of dimension by layering those beautiful shades-of-pink butterflies that have been embossed in different textures. They seem to really flutter out of the knot of that silky bow, and I can almost feel them kissing my cheeks as they soar by.
The winners of the Neutrals Challenge are:
All You Have to Do is Fly by SmilynStef
Moxie Fab Alert: It's such a wonderful thing to find a moxie fab patterned paper in the required color scheme, wouldn't you agree? Stephanie has captured its whimsical nature perfectly in the hopeful sentiment she's chosen, and the addition of the crystal flourish and the expertly placed, popped-up butterflies? The piece de resistance!
With Heartfelt Sympathy by Kay Demonbren
Moxie Fab Alert: Moxie gorgeous. Moxie lovely. Moxie thoughtful. Moxie fab.

I wanted to make one quick comment... the very first card with the circles and tiny black heart was actually in the magazine. My entry for the challenge is the first card in the same post. Sorry if this confused anyone! I certainly don't want any bad feelings out there. I love this craft and the friendships it creates. Here's the link to the correct card: http://scrappybetties.blogspot.com/2011/01/color-inspiration-challenge.html
