And, as per usual, I had one heckuvatime narrowing it all down. And though I also loved approaches by Stephanie M., Jennie Harper, Kristin Tierney, Susan Conrad, and Kelley Eubanks, I also loved these amazing cards that make "going gray" a wonderful thing.
Drum roll, please...
You Card by Melinda Spinks
Moxie Fab Alert: Moxie delicious gradient + soft shades of pink + special line of pink flowers tying into the sentiment = one amazingly inspiring use of gray and pink!
Hello Sunshine Card by Ivanka
Moxie Fab Alert: I just love the elegant simplicity in this bold yet sweet card. I also love the way Ivanka has played on the notion that sunshine breaks through the gray, which is exactly what the flower and ribbon do as well.
Extraordinary Card by JulieHRR
Moxie Fab Alert: The subtle green floral stamping and its exquisite placement. The font choice which is a perfect accompaniment to the style of the card. The band of gray ribbon with the cording to add texture. And those rhinestones! Expertly placed to echo this card's sentiment: extraordinary.
Kindness Card by Rosemary D.
Moxie Fab Alert: This artful card made me gasp when I first saw it. It is gentle, like kindness is gentle. It is sweet, the way kindness is sweet. It elevates kindness, personifies it, if you will. It is, my friends, simply moxie fab.
Be Mine Card by Courtney K
Moxie Fab Alert: Does a card get to be more trendy than this? The use of a flower made of a vintage pattern, the use of dye ink spray on the flower, the washi tape in combination with the stitching, the playful font? All I can say is yum, yum, yum!
