World Card Making Day Week: Day One

Welcome to World Card Making Day Week Moxie Fabbers! I'm supah excited to get the festivities under way, aren't you?

Since World Card Making Day is all about celebrating the art of card making, we're going to have a parade of pretty products--and a chance to win them--each day this week. I'm going to showcase some of my favies Moxie Monday style every day this week, including Saturday which is World Card Making Day itself.

Since World Card Making Day kicks off the holiday card making season, I thought we'd start the week with one of the hottest holiday products around--the Christmas Town collection from Lily Bee Design. This line is elegant, classy, and timeless. The best thing about this line? It can be easily adaptable to other occasions as well. And check out the Rub-On Sheet with its multitude of sentiments--perfect for holiday cardmaking. Check it:

Town Tree

Christmas Window

Santa's Workshop
Night Divine
Die-Cut Frames
Chipboard Stickers
12x12 Rub-Ons
Wouldn't these make some stunning holiday cards for World Card Making Day? Leave me a comment by midnight MDT on Sunday, October 3 that says what you like most about this collection and why and I'll draw two lucky winners to play with it sometime soon!

And did you know?  We have an awesome contest going on. Submit a card to our World Card Making Day Contest and have a chance to win this prize package worth over $600. The 20 winners will also be published in our March/April 2011 issue. Click HERE for all the details you'll need to enter. Better hurry, though! The deadline is October 11!

Oh, and don't forget to stop by Paper Crafts Connection where the Go-to Gals are hosting a fun-filled week celebrating World Card Making Day as well!

Loving World Card Making Day Week,

~Cath

PS You still have another week to work up your approaches to last week's Tuesday Trigger. Be there or be not-so-square! ;)

Really love the damask paper...Town Tree - perfect. I'm just a big damask fan and this could be used all year!

La Vikinga said...

I like the papers because they are not traditional "Christmas"-papers. They can be used in a versatile way and adapt to the spirit of the card and the cardmaker. Besides the flexible little "buttons" will make excellent toppers on the cards as the are in the same kind of style as the papers.
