When I landed at Studio Calico, my smile grew even wider, becoming much like the Grinch's when his heart grew three sizes that day.
For there it was: Anthology. One of the coolest collections I'd ever laid eyes upon with its hip mixture of traditional patterns, geometrical designs, typographical wonderment, and architecturally ledgerful brilliance. Oh and let's not forget its color palette so divine that the first words outta my head are "moxie fab" with a little bitta wood grain on top. Check it:

This collection reminds me of all the fabulous cards I've seen in yellow and grey. I love the addition of the bright turquoise blue and green.

I think what I am liking about Anthology, is that it would make awesome manly projects. It is not the typical strip or plaid that I lean towards. Wouldn't this make a spiffy little altered book? Owwww!

This collection is full of small surprises like "why on eart did they put up a rose on one journaling card?" when there aren't any other roses in the collection. Love it. Makes me want to go out of my comfort zone.

I recently got my hands on some of the new Studio Calico papers. They are so fantastic! I love the unique quality they have. I think I especially love that they use grey as a neutral instead of brown. The FabRips have to be my favorite thing of all. They are so fun to play with!!! Love that hot air balloon stamp you found too!

I really like the papers with the alphabets on them, Periodical and Typo, they are so versatile!
This is a very different line of products than I am used to using but I was drawn to Aperture(B).
The teacher in me could only see the wonderful alphabet again and again, along with lined paper and numbers...oh my! Almost brought me out of retirement...NOT! Love the patterns and color combos!
