My son's favorite part of Christmas is the advent calendar. I have a cloth one with a tree at the top and little cloth figures with velcro that go in each pocket below. Each figure is then stuck on the tree (velcro). BTY, love the December banner.
I love them all but the nouveaudesigns
are special to me because I love houses lined in a row like that. Reminds me of when I was a little girl, my dad walking up the sidewalk coming home after work.
Who knew advent calendars could be so fun? Wonderful examples.

They are all great. I'm stealing Kelli Crowe's idea and using my son's socks. Hopefully by the time he's 4 and they are stinky I will have sewn my own little stockings.

these are adorable! I didn't want to get overwhelmed with making my own so I decided to make one day at a time and be finished by Christmas and have it for next year!
I think I need a different advent for each day of December... I love them all!
