That's the sound of our train, friends, making its way into our last country in our World Tour of Card Making. It's been one heckuva ride, I've gotta tell you, from my home to yours and all those creative and inspiring houses in between.
I don't know about you, but I have found a lot of joy in this past week. As I was preparing to put this all together, I looked at hundreds and hundreds of blogs, mostly at random as I clicked from blogroll to blogroll, and I became more and more awed as I realized the depth and breadth of this little hobby of ours.
Like you, I've been so interested to see the different styles that are popular in the many countries we've visited, and I've been equally surprised to see the same products I love on projects coming from so many different places and cultures.
I've loved to see the different languages and the different perspectives, I've had a great time reading all your comments, and I've loved seeing all the blogs that have been linked in each post via Mr. Linky, but mostly I've felt so glad to have made so many new friends. I'm enthralled with the idea that we can make touching connections with one another through the inspiration we all have to offer on a regular basis through our blogs.
But I'm sounding rather reflective already and we still have one more country to visit, the United States! I hope you didn't party too much last night so that you have the energy you'll need to visit these moxie fab blogs, friends! And even if you're feeling a little bleary-eyed, with a cotton mouth, and a little sore from all that dancing you did last night, I know that you can push yourself through one more day of card making bliss! Ready or not, here America comes!
